Ranked on four things, in this order: how close the supplier's nearest depot is to you, whether they focus on households rather than commercial contracts, the consumer mechanics they actually publish (buying groups, budget plans, minimum order size, small tankers for tight access, cold weather priority), and accreditation such as UKIFDA membership.
